Orders with in-stock inventory will be fulfilled within 7-10 business days (excluding holidays). Larger freight items may take additional time. You will receive tracking information as soon as it's shipped.

We recommend creating a Customer Account so you can check on the status of your order. Here, you can find your estimated ship date as well as a complete history of all your orders.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, unless an item is damaged or otherwise unusable. To be reimbursed for damages, please send us an email with any documentation of the damages. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

If we have not shipped your original order, please place an additional order so that we can combine both shipments.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your shipment to arrive. If your shipment has not arrived by the end of the 10th business day, please email us with your order number.
